		<description>Yes, Chef Feenie was quite a bit different than Chef Adjey. It probably helped that the former experience didn&#039;t involve any sparkling wine though, heh. Though Adjey&#039;s style may not suit everyone, it might not be a bad thing to expose students to a variety of chefs. If anything, I&#039;d be curious to hear from the students to see who they preferred, and what they learned from both chefs.</description>

		<description>I am sure your experience with Chef Freenie was completely different than that of Chef Adjey, Sharon. As an educator - and a foods teacher - and one concerned with setting an example for our youth as we challenge them to think out of the box and push the perimeters of their reality, I can&#039;t see Chef Adjey as the mentor I would like to see for our incredibly talented NAIT students... and our world class program. I have my fingers crossed that he will rise to the occasion - or that they will lift him up as he shakes them up.
