It was good to finally meet you too, Valerie! And agreed - the duck confit wings were awesome as well.

The gyoza WAS yummy, and looked who knew what you'd gone through to get them there?! My favourite was the duck confit wings from GE&H swimming in a ton of duck fat!!! ... and I have to get that chocolate chip cookie recipe. It was so wonderful to finally meet you both, and GREAT to read this post.
(I thought the gyoza looked absolutely GORGEOUS - so beautifully delicate transluscent I almost didn't want to eat one... but, who could resist? YUM!)

Everything looks and sounds delicious. And brioche bread pudding! I love Tree Stone Bakery's brioche all on its own, but in a bread pudding -- OMG, it must have been divine!
