I think they have to work a bit on the textural combinations of their salads.

I had the "Running Wild" which had chicken breast, sweet potatoes, eggs, trail mix, chickpeas on spinach. I wasn't expecting very hard banana chips as part of the trail mix and it just didn't work texturally with the rest of the salad. Granola and dried fruit I could see, jaw breakingly hard banana chips didn't work for me. It made it slightly less than enjoyable to eat.

That does make sense, particularly in the naughty/healthy light, but to some, it isn't a Caesar salad without the creamy dressing! Perhaps one could ask for a substitution?

I've had the caesar salad at the greenhouse a few times and it's one of my fav's along with the you jerk. I spoke to the till person once and he explained the premise behind the golden caesar dressing. He said that there were no eggs in the dressing and not as creamy because it would be too high in calories thus "all naughty and no healthy".

No chickpeas in the tomato chickpea soup? That's the mark of an inexperienced (or apathetic) server who didn't stir the soup pot before dishing up your soup. Bet all the chickpeas were on the bottom of the soup pot.
